Latest News & Announcements
Good Morning Union Academy Families,
We are launching online learning Thursday, April 2nd. It is important that students check their my polk schools email address by going through class link with their student portal credentials, and locating the "outlook online" icon. This week teachers are reaching out to students via their school issued email address to inform students how to begin their virtual classes. If you need assistance on how to access student email accounts, please visit the Union Academy Website for additional help. We have posted an announcement with a video tutorial for accessing student email.
We hope that you all are staying safe and healthy, we are here for you! If you have questions, our office is receiving phone calls from 8:30-1:30 pm, M-F. Also teachers are checking email multiple times daily to answer student and parent questions concerning online learning.
Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.

Hello UA Family!
We will begin distribution of electronic devices on Wednesday April 1st for families who indicated a need on a Distance Learning Survey. Devices will be distributed in a drive-thru method. Please remain in your car. The loop in front of the main office is the distribution location. Please enter from the west end of the loop.
It is very important that you bring the following when you pick up the device. Please bring the student, the student ID and your Driver’s License. They are necessary for distribution of electronic devices.
We ask that you please bring a pen and hard surface to write on, as you will need to complete a Technology Usage Agreement Contract. We will have pens and clipboards available but this will save time and cleaning supplies.
One device per family house hold; please be courteous throughout this process.
Distribution Times and Grade Levels: (All Wednesday April 1st)
- 8th Grade: 9:00-10:00
- 7th Grade: 10:00-11:00

Parents, Teachers, Staff and Students: Please DO NOT log into ClassLink and Edgenuity on Monday, March 30. The District office will be working to upload the courses for the entire county. Please be respectful of this request.
Parents, with so many people taking heed to social distancing by staying home, please remember our students have access to their PLUS account through the public library service. Books by mail and online books using OverDrive is a wonderful, viable option. Students received their password from Ms. New in December. Check the front of their planners. Stay Healthy, UA
Out of concern for the health and well-being of our students and their families, we will not host the 7th Grade Global Showcase on Monday evening. If we are able to reschedule in the future, students will be notified.
